个人简介


叶文才,教授,博士生导师,暨南大学双一流药学学科负责人、生物活性分子与成药性优化全国重点实验室主任,曾获国家杰青、国家高层次人才计划特聘教授,入选俄罗斯工程院外籍院士、英国皇家化学会会士、新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选、广东南粤百杰,并获全国模范教师、全国优秀科技工作者称号。1983年7月毕业于南京药学院(现中国药科大学)中药学专业,获学士学位;1983年8月−1988年10月在安徽中医药高等专科学校任教;1988年11月−1997年7月在中国药科大学天然药物化学教研室任教,先后任讲师、副教授;1997年8月−2001年10月在香港科技大学化学系学习,获博士学位;2001年12月起任中国药科大学教授、博士生导师;2002年8月−2015年11月先后担任暨南大学中药及天然药物研究所常务副所长、中药系主任、药学院副院长、院长。2014年10月−2023年10月任暨南大学副校长。现兼任国家药典委员会委员、中国药学会理事、中药和天然药物专业委员会副主任委员及广东省药学会副理事长、世界中医药学会联合会中药化学专业委员会副会长、第八届教育部科学技术委员会(药学与中医药学部)委员、广东省人民政府参事,及《Engineering》杂志医药卫生学科执行主编、《现代中药研究与实践》杂志主编和《Chem Biodivers》等10余种国内外专业学术期刊编委。

一直从事中药和天然药物活性成分、作用机制和靶标、创新药物研发等研究,在新颖结构天然生物活性分子定向发现及高效仿生合成、天然药物化学生物学、创新药物研发等方面取得了系列创新研究成果。已发表研究论文920余篇,其中在Chem、Nat Metab、Gut、JACS、J Clin Invest、Angew Chem Int Ed、Hepatology、STTT、Mol Psychiatry、Chem Sci、Org Lett、J Nat Prod等SCI收录杂志发表论文550余篇,总他引15000余次,连续被列入Elsevier中国高被引学者榜单;获授权国内外发明专利90余项,被转化30余项;研发多个候选新药,其中主持(药学部分)研发的治疗消化不良天然药物枳实总黄酮片获批上市、地乌风湿安胶囊已完成三期临床试验;主持国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金-广东联合基金重点项目、国家新药创制重大专项、国家高层次人才计划创新团队、广东省珠江人才计划首批本土创新科研团队、广东省重点领域研发计划、广东省和广州市重大科技专项等科研项目40余项。获第二届全国创新争先奖,以第一完成人获国家科技进步奖二等奖1项、广东省科学技术奖一等奖3项,并获国家教学成果奖二等奖1项、中国产学研合作创新成果奖一等奖2项、中国专利优秀奖1项,及中国药学发展奖、广东省丁颖科技奖、国务院政府特殊津贴,成果入选“2017中国十大医学进展”。讲授了多门本科生和研究生课程,培养硕士和博士研究生170余名。
